This traditional town house has been recently renovated and refurbished throughout. Although many of the lovely traditional architectural features have been retained, the owners have managed to transform the interiors in a very modern, clean style, which make the rooms seem even more light and airy. Its location on a stepped street gives it peace and quiet, but it is just a two minute walk away from the waterfront, with its atmospheric tavernas and cafe-bars.

Description

The house is built on three levels. The main door opens into a hallway, off which is the spacious kitchen-dining room with cool tiled floors. The dining area has a glass topped table and modern chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, with electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer and kettle, and has fitted units and plenty of worktop space. There is a washing machine. Off the kitchen is the fully tiled bathroom which has WC, basin, and walk-in shower cubicle.

Stairs from the hallway lead up to the middle floor of the house which comprises the double bedroom, with lovingly restored wooden flooring. Off the bedroom is a dressing-room-walk-in wardrobe.
A further flight of steps ascends to the top floor of the property which comprises a really comfortable living room with two sofas, and French windows opening onto the balcony, which has lovely views of the village, sea and hills.
