VILLA NIKO

This is an authentic villa occupying the upstairs of a traditional house. The entrance is into a small courtyard at the back of the property.

Description

The main doors lead into an entrance hall. To the right is a very old fashioned and quant kitchen adequately equipped with mini oven. On the opposite side of the hall is a small single bedroom suitable for a child. The main saloni is at the front of the house with dining table and seating. French doors open onto a balcony which has fantastic views of the harbour, Nimos Island and out to sea. The bedroom is to the right and has a wooden double bed and the same wonderful views.

Situated just 2 rows up from the harbour road the villa is about a ten minute walk from the town centre.
Villa Niko is ideal for those seeking an authentic Symi house full of character and with wonderful views.
