The entrance is into a private terrace which runs the length of the property. There is outside dining furniture and you can enjoy views through the almond trees across to the boat yard and further out to sea towards Nimos Island and Turkey.

The front door takes you into the air conditioned saloni which is comfortably furnished with cane furniture. Behind this is the sleeping platform with antique style iron double bed. To the left of the saloni is the fitted kitchen and through from here is the fully tiled, modern shower room.
