VILLA SIMOS

Located in Nimboris a small picturesque little village by the sea north-west of Symi town. There is a regular taxi-boat service and also taxis. Transfer from Yialos to the small jetty in front of the house is by small boat. A quiet peaceful location great place to get away from everything

Description

Entry to the villa is by a stairway at the side of the house leading into a small private courtyard. From the courtyard you enter the house, which has a double bedroom, and single bedroom. At the front there is a sitting /dining room which overlooks the sea and has a balcony with wonderful views over the harbour and towards the island of Nimos.

This is the downstairs part of a two-storey house in frontof the sea. In this there are two twinbedded rooms and a nice large kitchen/sitting/dining room. There is also a bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and W.C. Outside there is a large veranda looking over the sea. The house is surrounded by a yard.

The villa is 100 metres along the beach from the sea-front taverna, which is open all day. If you don’t want to spend all your time on the beach then there are historic sites to visit and pleasant walks to take. There are no shops near by and supplies will need to be brought in from Yialos main harbour. Cleaning and bed linen/towels change are once a week
