A family apartment within the Stavros / Stratis villas. These properties are situated half way up the hillside in a prime location just below the Haritomeni restaurant in the Pitini area. Yialos town is about a ten minute walk away or you can follow the old road up into the village [only 10 minutes away].

Description

The villa sits upstairs above studios 1 and 2. Entry is up a flight of steps onto a private terrace affording spectacular uninterrupted panoramic views of Yialos harbour, Nimos Island and Turkey in the distance.

From here one door leads into the saloni which sits at the front of the house. It has a wooden sofa and chairs and French doors lead onto a small balcony with breathtaking views.

A wooden staircase climbs up to the moussandra bedroom with twin wooden beds.

Behind the saloni is the fitted kitchen with mini oven and hob, dining table and chairs and French doors into a small secluded courtyard at the back of the property. The fully tiled modern shower room sits behind the kitchen.

From the front terrace a second door leads into the second bedroom with double, wooden bed and ensuite shower room. From this bedroom a door leads back into the kitchen.

Stavros Villa is ideal for a family or two couples as the house is designed to give complete privacy from one another.
