Villa Stratis sits on the first floor is reached up a flight of steps onto a huge private terrace with fantastic views of Yialos, Nimos Island and Turkey beyond.

The front door leads into a small hall with the fully tiled shower room to the right. To the left an archway leads into the airy saloni with windows on two sides. French doors lead onto a small balcony with uninterrupted views of the harbour. The saloni has ample seating as well as a fixed single divan suitable for sleeping an extra person.

A wooden staircase leads up into the moussandra over looking the saloni. This has a wooden double bed and benefits from the ceiling fan above the saloni.

At the back of the house is a very large open plan room. At one end is the kitchen area with all in one unit with mini oven and hob, and dining table and chairs. At the far end is a second bedroom area with two twin beds. French doors from here lead out onto the spacious terrace.
