VILLA STRATIS 6 (Left and Right)

A traditional apartment within the Stavros / Stratis villas. These properties are situated half way up the hillside in a prime location just below the Haritomeni restaurant in the Pitini area. Yialos town is about a ten minute walk away or you can follow the old road up into the village [only 10 minute walk away].

Number 6 sits upstairs in the top part of the villa above apartment 7.

The apartment is reached by climbing a staircase onto a private terrace with outside dining furniture and wonderful views of Yialos harbour in one direction and out to sea towards Turkey in the other.

The entrance lobby has two doors; one to the left and one to the right. To the left is the main bedroom with twin wooden beds and ensuite shower room.

The door to the right takes you into the living area with dining furniture and a single bed to be used for a third person. Windows on two sides makes it airy and affords wonderful views. This room also benefits from an ensuite shower room. An archway leads into the compact kitchen area with all in one unit and 2 ring hob.

Stratis 6 is ideal for a couple with a child or friend as the two sleeping areas are independent from one another and both have ensuite facilities.
